Cold pressed olive oil is made when olives are pressed to produce oil without heat or added chemicals. It ensures that all the nutrients and olive goodness remain intact.

Many moons ago, we were sitting on a mountain top, staring up at the stars above. Suddenly, a roaring mass of thunder clouds rolled in and a beam of light shot out. It was in that moment we experienced a metaphysical awakening and knew it was our duty to bring good fat to the people.
